Shaifali is a wallflower and expresses herself best through performing arts like theatre and dancing. She feels a sense of balance in physical movement like yoga, etc. Having studied literature in her undergraduate studies, she also loves to read books and watch movies across genres. Her professional path as a Business Analyst in the IT sector starkly diverged from her background in social sciences and literature. She has always manoeuvred her way through the virtues that she knows the best – learn and adapt, no matter the circumstances. She plans to develop an entrepreneurial venture for sustainable manufacturing, packaging and selling of tea and tie up with organisations to support a sustainable livelihood for the tea artisans and communities.
