Shoaib Mirza works with the Office of the Dean of Faculty at Ashoka University, where he leads the university-wide Faculty Teaching Evaluation process, faculty operations, and coordinates faculty recruitment, selection, and tenure. He also works with Ashoka’s Global Research Alliance office, working closely with international university delegations to advance strategic partnerships, faculty exchanges, joint research initiatives, and collaborative degree programmes. His work sits at the intersection of faculty governance, institutional operations, and international engagement, translating strategic priorities into day-to-day processes that support the university’s academic community. Shoaib holds an MBA from the University of Kashmir and a Postgraduate Diploma in Entrepreneurship from the Naropa Fellowship.
