Shradha is passionate about science and technology and has always been in the forefront, academically. She has a special inclination to space sciences and will probably jump in for any opportunity that will allow her to travel to space. That is also why she is one of the 100 people around the world to be selected by a not-for-profit organisation named Mars One, for a one-way trip to the planet Mars to establish a permanent human settlement there. She is a very strong advocate for gender equality and has conducted workshops in government schools for female health and hygiene as a part of the community development forum at her workplace. She worked at Titan Engineering and Automation Limited for two years as a Senior Engineer in the R&D Department. During her time there, she got to work on the design and conceptualisation in an innovative and novel food processing assembly line which was the first-of-its-kind in the country. She hopes to start her own entrepreneurial venture in the near future and is gearing up for it. She enjoys dark humour and would love to be fit without working out.
