Smriti is a PhD scholar and psychotherapist from Lucknow with her interests spanning areas such as Indian psychology, specifically Buddhist and Hindu philosophies, psychotherapy, therapist-side factors, positive psychology, curriculum development, pedagogy, reflective practices, and neuropsychology. She did her BA in Psychology & English Literature from Gargi College, University of Delhi, and her MA in Psychology from the University of Lucknow (Main Campus). When not engaging in academic and professional pursuits, you can find her spending time with kids, animals, discussing everything under the sun with her loved ones, and the next piece of media she stumbled across or got recommended.
