A literary graduate, Sona is someone constantly driven by her curiosity. This translates to having many hobbies and interests, be it calligraphy or dance, architecture or knitting. Her current interests include 3D modelling, candle-making and origami. Possibly influenced by her roots in Kerala, she is also an avid nature lover. Sona finds solace in Mary Oliver’s writings, comfort in Calvin and Hobbes comics, and is deeply passionate about books, music and art. She also loves exploring new cities, collecting postcards and playing with her little kitten, Cleo. She was also one of the 32 changemakers in 8one’s ‘The F.A.I.R Project’ in 2022. She is certain that YIF would give her a better perspective on the world around her, a chance to study a diverse set of courses, and an opportunity to learn alongside some incredibly accomplished professors and peers.
