Stephanie Balme is research professor and dean of the Undergraduate College, SciencesPo Paris. She has previously served as the scientific attaché at the French Ministry of Foreign Affairs. She was also visiting professor at Columbia University Law School, Tsinghua University, and at the Chinese University of Hong Kong.
Stephanie’s current research focuses on science diplomacy, China’s science technology and innovation policies, AI and ethics, as well as EU-China relations.
She holds a PhD from SciencesPo Paris.
