Tanmay is an engineering graduate who has spent over a year working in the IT industry. As an undergraduate student, he had the opportunity to volunteer and intern with several organizations and institutes. All these experiences taught him that the problems of today’s world are interconnected and cannot be solved with knowledge of only one or two disciplines, which is why he decided to apply for YIF. For him, YIF is an opportunity to learn various subjects and know diverse opinions that will help him become a better problem solver. He seeks to learn different subjects and indulge in meaningful conversations with diverse folks, and believes this will help him become a better problem solver post the fellowship.
