Born and brought up in Vellore, Tejus painstakingly tries to convince everyone he meets that this tiny city is better than any metropolitan. An Electronics Engineering graduate from NIT-Trichy, he felt so out of place in the classroom that he tried to compensate for it by helping organize and run as many college clubs and fests that he could. In the end, he realized that the space he wanted to be in was at the intersection between technology and arts. This coupled with a love for entrepreneurship led him to the gates of YIF. He’s embraced the concept of learning to unlearn his ideas and beliefs and loves interacting with people who challenge his notions of the universe. Tejus idolizes those who defy the status quo. He feels most at home in a chaotic setup and his interests range from math, physics and philosophy to sports, dance, and musicals. Above all, he is someone you can count on for company, to take a late-night hike or find that random street food joint everyone’s been raving about. He enjoys reading and off-late, keeps trying to break free from a habit of binge-watching TV shows.
