Sunil Agrawal, a first-generation entrepreneur, established Vaibhav Global Ltd in 1980 to professionalise the gem and jewellery trade. Sunil is a commerce graduate with an MBA from Columbia University He has travelled widely and gained an immense knowledge of gemstones and jewellery, bringing the necessary industry expertise, instrumental in the company’s success.
Presently, Sunil presides over the VGL Group, wherein he serves as managing director of Vaibhav Global Limited (India), CEO of Shop LC (US), and executive chairman of Shop TJC (UK). Sunil has been honoured with ‘Best Leaders in Times of Crisis 2021’ by Great Places to Work ® for exemplary leadership through the COVID-19 pandemic and for sustaining a ‘high-trust and high-performance culture’ in the organisation.
