Zubin is a Chemical Engineering graduate from Mumbai. In his free time, you will find him in a corner engrossed in a book, hooked to a sports channel, or trying to find the next multibagger on the stock market. A keen observer, Zubin has always been fascinated by human behavior and motivation. During his engineering as well as while working with Reliance Industries, Zubin continued on his quest of understanding people through leading the talent management function for a global youth-run organization. This experience motivated Zubin to take the plunge and pursue a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management, eventually pivoting his career to become a Talent Analyst with a global recruitment consultancy firm.
