The Ashoka Centre for Well-Being offers a range of services. Individual counseling sessions focus on improving individual coping capacity through skill building. 

A student shares:

“It is not that I am free of all the thoughts and habits that have a negative influence in my life. However, I feel, for the first time in a while, that I am equipped to deal with them. The thoughts I direct towards myself are soothing, encouraging, rather than berating. I am learning to be kinder to myself, and in the process, kinder to others and happier in general. I worry less, and can enjoy the things that I love without the pain of rejection or disappointment looming in the distance.”
