Refund Policy
In reference to the Fee Refund Policy 2024-25 issued by the University Grants Commission (UGC) dated 12th June, 2024, please note the following details regarding the refund amounts from the time of withdrawal of admission till 30th September, 2024:
1. Students will avail of a full refund on the Tuition Fees amount paid by them till 30th September, 2024. Residence and Meal costs will be charged on pro rata basis from 19th August, 2024, till the date of withdrawal or exit from the Ashoka University residential premises (campus), whichever is later. The Acceptance Fee of INR 10,000/- is not refundable
2. There will be a deduction of INR 1000 from the Tuition Fees amount paid by the student from 1st October, 2024 to 31st October, 2024. Residence and Meal costs will be charged on pro rata basis from 19th August, 2024, till the date of withdrawal or exit from the Ashoka University residential premises (campus), whichever is later
3. There will be no refunds applicable on any amount paid by the student from 1st November, 2024 onward
