A two-day orientation session was organsied for the new cohort of Mother Teresa Fellowship (MTF). During the activity and introspection filled two days, the fellows had the opportunity to have a free-wheeling chat with Mr Amit Chandra about working, surviving and thriving in the Social Impact Space. Ms Ingrid Srinath gave an overview of the Indian non-profit sector – how it has evolved since 1947 and continues to do so.
There was also a session by PARI (People's Archive of Rural India) in which the Fellows got a broad view of rural India and a sensitisation to the issues that are of importance, through the lived experiences of people.
