Anju Jayraj is the Director – Office of Outreach at Ashoka University. Anju is a seasoned educator with over 17 years of experience in Outreach and Admissions Strategies, Business Turnaround, Digital Communication and Branding, Career Counselling and International Education Consulting. Previously, Anju has worked with institutions like FLAME University and TimesPro (A Division of Bennett, Coleman & Co. Ltd.), overseeing their physical and digital outreach and retail sales, respectively.
Over the years, Anju has closely worked with students and parents from diverse geographies in India and abroad. She has built solutions like career counselling modules, teacher and parent training workshops, residential learning bootcamps, digital communities and outdoor education frameworks to help make the journey easy for students transitioning from confusion to conviction about their career choices.
