Deekshika Ganesh

Deekshika holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Fergusson College, Pune, and is a Young India Fellow (Class of 2024). She received the France Excellence Charpak Exchange Scholarship to pursue Luxury Marketing at Sciences Po, Paris. Prior to the fellowship, she worked with the Magnanimous Group, an experiential marketing agency in Mumbai, as an Executive Assistant and

Assistant Brand Manager, supporting leading beauty, fashion, jewellery, hospitality, and lifestyle brands.
Now as a staff, she contributes to the design and delivery of the Career Prep Program, helping students build placement readiness, and also supports the CDO’s Marketing and Communications initiatives.

In her time off, she enjoys watching Korean dramas or having meaningful conversations. She can often be found exploring niche curiosities or planning her next travel.
