Manu’s interest in the field of finance and risk management made him pursue FRM (Financial Risk Management), while his passion for entrepreneurship and problem-solving nature motivated him to set up an internship cell which also got recognised as the ‘Skill Development Centre’ under NSDC.
Post his graduation, he got the opportunity to work in the Government and infrastructure advisory sector with Mazars followed by a stint at PwC or PricewaterhouseCoopers in risk consulting. His inquisitive nature to explore domains made him set up his own fintech venture named ‘Upstart Capital Advisory’ with a plan to provide a platform for Indian investors interested in foreign markets and investments.
His hobbies include playing electric guitar, reading books, and playing sports. Apart from being a fitness enthusiast, he has also been a state-level swimmer and is a gold medalist in Shot Put and Javelin Throw.
He is seeking holistic guidance from the Young India Fellowship to help him gain the ability to achieve a better perspective towards life and a broader horizon to be confidently confused.
