Medhavi Bose

Medhavi Bose is the Assistant Manager at the Office of Learning Support (OLS) at Ashoka University. In this role, she leads the College Readiness Cohort course, a pioneering initiative by the Office dedicated to supporting neurodiverse high school students in their transition to college.

Prior to her work with OLS, Medhavi guided college students and young adults with their academic goals and pursuing internships. She later collaborated with educators and psychologists to develop a socio-emotional learning curriculum tailored for neurodiverse children. Her passion for this field stems from a deep understanding of the challenges students face as they navigate the transitions from high school to college and from college to the workforce. She is committed to enhancing the overall well-being of the youth population and supporting them through various life transitions.

Medhavi holds a Master’s degree in Youth Studies from Utrecht University (2022), a Master’s in Counselling Psychology from SNDT Women’s University in Pune, and a BA (Hons) in Psychology from Ambedkar University Delhi.o
