Neerja Raheja

Neerja holds a degree in English Literature from Lady Shri Ram College, Delhi University. Prior to joining Ashoka, she worked with SOIL School of Business Design and Master’s Union, specialising in career development, training, and career preparation. A learning and development professional with over a decade of experience, she has designed and delivered work-readiness modules focused on enhancing critical thinking, problem-solving, and interview preparation skills for diverse sectors, including Consulting, BFSI, IT, startups, and other emerging industries. A double JRF awardee and six-time NET qualifier, she is deeply interested in bridging liberal arts education with real-world organisational challenges and in training students to effectively navigate and overcome them.

In her free time, she can often be found enrolling in various upskilling courses, which she thoughtfully integrates into her own training sessions to tailor modules for learners and enhance their placement performance
