Neha is extremely passionate about examining how disruptive technologies can be used to address everyday social problems and build an inclusive data-driven society. While she was pursuing her bachelor’s in zoology her mundane observations with technology made her question the delusional fallacy of technology to bring transformative change in society by itself. It was then that she diverted to explore the issues of digital privacy, data justice, ICTD and algorithmic biases rather than scrutinizing the organisms under lab settings and subsequently decided to pursue a master’s degree in digital society.
Apart from her academic interests, she loves the aroma of freshly brewed coffee and enjoys reading and writing modern poetry, clay modeling, and creating oil pastel art.
