Shashwat, hailing from Lucknow, has an insatiable passion for kebabs and biryani. He grew up listening to Green Day and attempting to moonwalk, although he still miserably fails. With a major in Economics, Shashwat enjoys playing cricket, swimming, and making digital artwork. After actively engaging in social and grassroots work for three years, he ventured into political consultancy after graduation. He enjoyed travelling to rural districts across India.
He considers the fellowship as a gift he wants to give to himself. He has often heard about the brilliance of Ashoka’s pedagogy and curriculum and wants to experience it firsthand. He eagerly seeks to further his growth and self-understanding through the Young India Fellowship.
