Sidharth A

Sidharth is an Assistant Manager for Operations with the Lodha Genius Programme at Ashoka University, where he handles core operational functions. He works across planning, coordination, and logistics, engaging with multiple teams to ensure seamless programme execution.

He previously worked as a Project Manager with the Archival and Research Project, leading the LoreKeepers initiative to document Kerala’s oral traditions. Prior to that, he was a Fellow with the NITI Aayog–BYJU’S Aspirational District Programme, working closely with the district administration in Ramanathapuram to deliver tech-enabled career guidance for underserved students.

Sidharth holds a Master’s degree in Development Studies and a Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences. He is passionate about inclusive education and has a deep interest in the arts, culture, and heritage.
