Yashika

Assistant Manager, Office of Academic Affairs, Ashoka University

Yashika completed her undergraduate studies in Bachelor of Arts (Political Science) Honours
from the University of Delhi and holds a diploma in Computer Engineering from the Board of
Technical Education. She is currently pursuing a Master’s in Public Administration from
IGNOU. With approximately nine years of experience in academics and administration, she is
proficient in MS Office, ERP systems, and various technical software.

Currently, Yashika is employed at Ashoka University in the Office of Academic Affairs, where
she is responsible for managing day-to-day activities within the office and overseeing the
internship and lateral entry student programs.

Prior to her role at Ashoka University, she served as an Office Executive at the Delhi Skill and
Entrepreneurship University (a state university). In this capacity, she gained substantial
exposure to various academic, non-academic, and administrative functions. She was also part of
the ERP team, collaborating with faculty members and senior officials.

Yashika possesses a strong desire to contribute meaningfully and continuously enhance her
skills, believing in the importance of learning new techniques that contribute to both personal
and institutional growth. She is confident in her ability to consistently complete tasks with
precision and dedication, always striving for timely and accurate execution of work.
