Through various drives and campaigns, Livegreen@Ashoka raises environmental awareness, promotes sustainable practices, and inspires the campus community to take action towards a sustainable future.

Digital Carbon Footprint Series

Explore the Digital Carbon Footprint Awareness Series, a collaborative effort aimed at deepening students’ understanding of the far-reaching impact of digital carbon footprints. Learn how this initiative empowers us to make conscious choices and take sustainable actions in the digital realm.

SMART Protein Project

The Delhi Smart Protein Project is a city-level student community with representation from universities across Delhi, including the University of Delhi (DU) and Ashoka University. The Ashoka chapter of the Delhi Smart Protein Project works under the LiveGreen@Ashoka initiative to foster a community around Smart Protein and sustainable food systems. We aim to work at the joint angles of research and policy to expose Ashokan students to the Smart Protein Industry as well as pave the way for Ashoka University to be a central player in the Indian smart protein industry.

PULSE

“PULSE” is an initiative by LiveGreen@Ashoka in collaboration with Ashoka Marketing Club. We aim to encourage conversations within the Ashokan community about sustainability. Through a blend of interviews, short reels, and captivating content, the project aims to explore diverse individual perspectives, raise awareness, and identify challenges surrounding sustainability at Ashoka University. The goal of this project is to achieve increased awareness and understanding of sustainability within the Ashoka community through engaging conversations and dynamic content.

Project 'Plate to Planet'- From Fork to Field, Reshaping Food Waste

This project embodies our commitment to holistic change by engaging students, faculty, and staff to foster a culture of responsibility and mindfulness around food consumption. From the moment food lands on our plates to its journey back to the earth, every step matters.Our project stands at the intersection of awareness and action, addressing the pressing issue of food waste head-on. By harnessing the power of data, we uncover patterns and trends that illuminate the root causes of food waste within our university.
