Speaker Series
The Centre organises a variety of interactive sessions where the Ashoka Community gets an opportunity to interact with industry experts and others who are bringing about change through different perspectives in their respective sectors. The “Speaker Series” brings together individuals from diverse spheres who share their learnings and experience with students, staff and faculty members.
The Centre also organises a special series called the “IGNITE Series” for the graduating students. This series brings in speakers who are making careers out of their hobbies and passion. It focuses on the entrepreneurial journeys of creative artists and performers and the struggles and satisfaction that come with it.
This year, the speaker series included:
- “Disruptive Empowerment: What does it take for women to be Entrepreneurs and Leaders?” by Jennifer Iannolo, Founder-The Concordia Project
- Mega Trends in India : Opportunities and Threats for Entrepreneurs by Mr. Pankaj Seith, Vice President, Consumer Insights at HT Media Ltd.
