Startup Ashoka (#SUAshoka)

Description: Startup Ashoka is a 24-hour startup-building and pitching competition, akin to a hackathon. Students who register for the event, scheduled for September 27-28, 2024, will also have the opportunity to participate in two masterclass sessions on September 9 and 16, 2024, from 6:00 PM to 8:30 PM. The activities for registered participants include masterclasses, speed dating, mentoring sessions, ice-breaker activities, keynotes, panel discussions, boot camps, ideation sessions, and the startup pitching competition.

Participation Eligibility: Open to all Ashoka students, regardless of year, program, or major.

No idea? No team? No problem!
Startup Ashoka is open to everyone—whether you have a startup idea or not. If you don’t have an idea, you’ll be paired with someone who does, and together, you’ll work tirelessly through Friday and Saturday, collaborating and building your vision. You'll even get the chance to pitch to a jury!
