A. How do I search and apply for current job openings at Ashoka?
All open positions at Ashoka are posted on our website. Head to our Open Opportunities section on careers page to find and apply to the opportunity that matches with your skills & experience.
B. What should I do if I cannot find an opportunity that matches my skills?
You can make a general application and send us at connect.hr@ashoka.edu.in. We our growing and there is a good chance that an opportunity requiring your skills and experience will be available in the future. Your information will be made available to our recruiting team and they will contact you whenever an opportunity arises matching your skills and experience.
C. What happens after I submit my application for an open opportunity?
Our application process varies depending on the type of role you are applying for. Once you have submitted your application, your application will be reviewed by our recruitment team. They will compare your skills and experience with the requirements of the opportunity for which you have applied. You will be contacted if you are selected for consideration.
The process and number of interviews will vary, depending on the opportunity, location and team. You should be ready to share examples of your work and passion areas to help us get a sense of who you are beyond your resume.
D. What kind of people are you looking for?

E. Will you contact me regarding the status of my application?
We’re really sorry but due to the amount of applications we receive, we are unable to share individual feedback in the first stages of our application process. Your application will be reviewed, and someone in the recruiting team will reach out directly to schedule an interview.
If there is no follow up on your application for the time being, we will contact you should an opportunity that fits your skills and experience arises in the future.
