The application process is straightforward and can be broken down into the following steps:
Enter Basic Details: Provide your personal and academic information.
Verify Email: After filling in details, check your inbox for a verification link and click it.
Receive Login Info: An email will be sent with your login ID and password.
Access Portal: Use the provided credentials to log in.
Complete the Application: Sign the Student Code of Conduct and provide the required details.
Before submitting your application, carefully review the details, ensuring everything is correct. You will need to:

Declaration: Read and sign the payment declaration.
Pay & Submit: After making the payment, submit your application.
Once submitted, you will receive an email confirming your enrollment in the programme.
All Ashoka Horizons courses are priced at INR 25,000/- + GST. Applications are accepted on a rolling basis.

We will offer a 75% refund until 30 days before the first application deadline; 11:59 PM IST*. No fee will be refunded post that. In case you would like to withdraw from the programme, please email us at horizons@ashoka.edu.in explaining your reason for withdrawal.

In our continued commitment to advancing Ashoka University’s objective of providing excellent learning opportunities to deserving students, we are excited to announce the Ashoka Horizons Achievers Scholarship. This special initiative aims to award full scholarship seats based on merit and needs basis. The request for nominations is sent to only select schools. These students are nominated by the school counselors of the selected schools. The nominated applications are pooled together and go through a screening process. The top 3 students across all schools are awarded a full scholarship (for each course) based on merit and need. This initiative aims to empower exceptional students to expand their learning horizons with us.
Kindly note, nominated students are required to complete the financial aid section in the application form. Selected candidates who qualify for financial aid will be notified and guided through the next steps.
Nomination Steps: The Nomination process for the initiative for winter 2025-26 has been shared with the selected school counselors. School counselors can now nominate up to three students per course until 15th November 2025 (Saturday), 11:59 PM IST. Nominated students must complete their applications by 24th November 2025 (Monday), 11:59 PM IST.
Results Announcement: 5th December 2025 (Friday)
Seat Confirmation: Selected students must confirm their seats within 48 hours of the offer.
Nominations or applications after the deadline will not be accepted.

a) Nominations and Application Deadlines: School counselors can now nominate up to three students per course until the specified deadline, 11:59 PM IST.
Nominated students must complete their applications by 24th November 2025 (Monday), 11:59 PM IST.

– Seat Confirmation: Selected students must confirm their seats within 48 hours of the offer. No extensions will be granted.
b) Complete Applications: An application will only be considered for a scholarship if all fields are completed.
c) Evaluation: Please note that all applications will be evaluated on both merit and need basis. A student must fulfil both criteria to be considered.
d) Non-Transferable: Once awarded, the full scholarship seat is non-transferable.
e) Programme Availability: We reserve the right to withdraw any course from the scholarship offer if seats are filled at any stage.
