Geeta Goel

Geeta Goel is Head of Global Growth Initiatives at the Michael & Susan Dell Foundation, where she spearheads global strategies to drive large-scale social impact. From 2018 to 2025, she served as Managing Director of the Foundation’s India operations, overseeing more than $500 million in investments across education, livelihoods, and financial inclusion—transforming opportunities for millions of low-income families.

Before transitioning to the development sector, Geeta spent 12 years in corporate finance at PwC, advising global clients on mergers & acquisitions, valuations, and strategic partnerships.

She brings deep governance experience as an Independent Director on the boards of leading listed companies in housing finance, banking, and insurance, alongside serving on nonprofit and incubator boards. Geeta is also a Founding Member and former Chair of the Impact Investors Council of India, where she played a pivotal role in shaping the country’s impact investing ecosystem.

Her leadership has been widely recognized, with Forbes India and Business Today naming her among the most influential women in impact.
