Prabhu Aggarwal

Prof. (Dr.) Prabhu Aggarwal is an education consultant to various organizations and academic institutions globally. With over 30 years of experience in both academia and industry, he has held various senior-level positions in the United States and India.

He is an active teacher, consultant, and corporate trainer helping organizations reach their full potential. He has published in leading journals in operations management such as Management Science, Operations Research, IIE Transactions, Journal of International Technology and Information Management, and International Journal of Production Economics.

​He has held academic and industry leadership positions at the College of William and Mary, Virginia, University of Washington, Seattle, NIIT University, India, and was the founding vice chancellor of OP Jindal University in Raigarh, India, Vice chancellor, Bennett University, India, and founding Director of Badruka School of Management, Hyderabad. He also served as the chief learning officer for JSPL group, New Delhi. He has conducted courses on Finance for Non-Finance Managers, Manufacturing excellence, break through performance with TOC principles, and various leadership development programs as the chief learning officer at JSPL. His past client’s include Bank of America, Price Waterhouse, Dell Computers, Jay Jacobs, Department of Transportation, Virginia,
Isuzu Motors, USA; Defence Contract Management Agency, USA, Brazilian Business
School, ARI Wisconsin, etc, and JSPL Group Companies, India, JSW Group, amongst
others.

​ He has a MBA and PhD in Operations Management from the Foster School of Business,
University of Washington, Seattle, USA and a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical
Engineering from IIT Kanpur, India
