1. Those who have completed the requirement for the biology major and continue to do ASP with Biology as major.
- Eligibility: All students who have completed BSc with Biology major with 92 credits are eligible to apply for the program.
- Courses to be offered: Advanced courses may be offered as a short duration (one or two weeks) intense course. Each course will be equivalent to 2 credits. The advanced courses will be optional. Students can also opt for other UG courses that they may not have taken during the three years.

- Please note that the program is recommended for those students who wish to pursue interdisciplinary graduate study in the subject.
- Eligibility: Students who have majored in computer science/ physics/ mathematics/ chemistry will be eligible to apply for the program.

3. Those who are pursuing ASP in any other discipline as a major may take any of the undergraduate courses in Biology, which are at the introductory level. Those students may consult concerned faculty to register in those courses.
In order to obtain this degree, students must complete a minimum number of 32 credits (or whatever is prescribed) and a dissertation.
