Center Facilities
Depending on the need of computation power and support for data analysis including big data,it is supported with a Computer Library,Workstations and a High Performance Computing Clusters.
A high performance computing facility including the four nodes is installed and used for computational work by about 155 users from inter-disciplinary departments for research purposes. Software that is supported by varied tools/programs including AlphaFold, Gromacs, Docker, Amber and Next- generation sequencing modules for varied omics analysis is made available for users for their studies.
