How to book an appointment?
Here’s a short guide on how to book a counselling session with ACWB:
- Go to the ACWB portal (https://acwb.ashoka.edu.in) and sign in with your Ashoka email ID.
- You will see names of counsellors; after selecting a counsellor, you will be able to see their available slots (purple boxes). No Purple boxes mean that the slots are already booked.
- If slots for the week already booked (and you see no purple) please write to well.being@ashoka.edu.in with your availability through the week. We will accommodate your request as soon as possible.
- Alternatively, check if any other counselor is available at a time that works for you.
- On selecting a slot, a form will pop-up. We recommend you to fill this as accurately as possible.
- After submitting this form, you will receive a confirmation about the appointment on your Ashoka email ID – this will include the session timing, counsellor’s name, the counsellor’s email ID and the location of the Centre.
- In case you are unable to make it the Centre, you may also have your session online. For this, you have to set up a Google Meet link and send it to your counsellor on their email ID.

Some things to note:
- The ACWB is open from Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 7:30 pm.
- ACWB Office is located in AC-04, 3rd Floor, Near LR310.
- The fresh slots for the coming week open up every Sunday around 5 pm and remain open through the week until booked.
- You can book only one appointment in a week unless mutually decided with your counsellor to meet more frequently.
- We encourage you to continue working with the same counsellor.
- You can also walk-in to the Centre and any counsellor who is available would attend to you for a short session.
ACWB Helpline (+917082000421) is also active on working days from Monday to Friday, 5 pm to 7.30 pm. At times, if you are not able to find a slot or don’t want to attend a full session, a small conversation can be very helpful and you can reach out to us on the helpline.
Feel free to write to us at well.being@ashoka.edu.in for any questions and queries – the team would be happy to answer them!
