Process Flow
Step 1: Review the eligibility criteria (Link to eligibility)
Step 2: Prepare application components
- Keep scanned copies of your school mark sheets for the previous grade/class.
- Alert your parents and principal about the application and make sure they have their consent letter and recommendation letter ready as they have to be submitted within 7 days of the application deadline. (Optional)
Step 3: Fill the online application form.
Once you enter the contact details of your parent and principal, a separate email will be sent to them to upload their consent letter and recommendation letter respectively. (Optional)
Step 4: You will need the parent consent letter to be submitted for the completion of the application and recommendation letter is optional.
Step 5: Check your inbox for a LGP confirmation email that indicates a successful application. Upon completion of your application (including submission of the consent letter and recommendation letter), you will receive an email with your username and password to appear for an aptitude test (online) on April 15th, 2023**.
Step 6: You will receive an acceptance/rejection letter for your entry to the programme by April 20th, 2023.

Step 7: Following your acceptance into the program, you will receive a detailed document/guide on the course and other details.
Step 8: You will need to book your return train/flight/bus tickets for your arrival to and departure from Ashoka University, Sonipat, Haryana. You will be reimbursed for the same upon your arrival to the program and submission of your invoice.
