How to Avail Services

Students can seek reasonable academic accommodations and remedial support based on the assessment and verification of the necessary reports related to their disability.

Booking an Appointment with the OLS

Students not registered or new to the office can choose one of the following options: 

1. Book an appointment via the AMS Portal. Kindly follow the steps below to book an appointment with OLS:
   • Log in to the AMS portal and navigate to the “Student Support Hub” menu.
   • Go to “Advising Hub: Office Hours”.
   • Click on “Meeting with” and select OLS from the drop-down menu.
   • Fill out the Student Support Request Form or SSRF.
   • Click on Book an Appointment. You will be able to see the available slots; choose the slot that works for you.
   • You can come to our office for your appointment (First Floor, Admin Block) at the scheduled time. In case it is online, we will notify you via email/calendar.
2. Write an email to the office for an appointment.
3. Walk into the office on working days.

Students already registered with the office can choose any of the following options:

1. Book an appointment on the AMS. There is no need of filling the SSRF.
2. Write an email to the office for an appointment.
3. Walk-in to the office on working days.
